Most tours and activities booked through Waikoa can be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. The exact cancellation window for your booking is shown at checkout and in your confirmation — some operators require 72 hours or more, particularly for private charters and helicopter tours.

Cancel from your Waikoa itinerary, reply to your confirmation, or contact us at 808-868-1442 / info@waikoa.co. We'll confirm the cancellation and timeline for your refund.

Weather cancellations

If an operator cancels due to weather or ocean conditions, you choose: a full refund or rebooking. This is exactly why booking through a concierge matters — we handle every cancellation and rebooking across your whole itinerary instead of you calling vendors one by one.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

No-shows

Guests who do not show up for a confirmed booking without cancelling in advance are not eligible for a refund.
