The service

Waikoa provides trip planning tools, itinerary building, and concierge assistance for travel in Hawaii. We act as an intermediary between you and independent tour, activity, and service operators.

Bookings and pricing

• Prices shown are set by the operators. We never mark up tour and activity prices.
• A service fee may be added at checkout and is always shown in full before you pay.
• All prices include applicable Hawaii taxes unless noted otherwise.
• Your booking is confirmed when you receive confirmation from Waikoa. Some operators require reconfirmation; we will tell you when that applies.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms vary by operator and are shown before you book. See our Cancellation Policy for details, including weather-related cancellations — which our concierge team will handle and rebook for you.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private and for activity under your account.

Limitation of liability

Tours and activities involve inherent risk. Operators are independent businesses responsible for their own safety practices. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waikoa's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the booking at issue.
